I will produce a stable, safe, fast, responsive web site for your business or personal application. It will not be a standalone work on photoshop but it will be a working, online web site which can be discovered by Google with the relevant keywords.
This website has been built with HTML, CSS and Javascript. There are no third party plugins. Unexpected updates in third party plugins can destabilise websites. This means this website once created requires minimal maintenance.
Static sites are structurally secure and safe. Hackers have a tendency to hack websites that have databases, CMS and other back end work.
The web pages have been maximized for web speed downloads. Images which are data heavy are optimized using correct image formats, resizing and compression. No external frameworks and dependencies used so to lower http requests.
On page and technical SEO (search engine optimization) has been implemented on the page for organic traffic.

The main role of this position is to design the web site. This involves choosing fonts and colour schemes. It is choosing images, and specialises in page layout. This is making numerous choices what and where to put web elements on the page and how it looks.
This particular skill requires patience, creativity and a vast amount of experimentation. This is a very subjective skill, as the feel good and look good depends on individuality.
The main role of this position is to properly code the website design into code. He must follow laid down guidelines so it is legible for other developers to inspect in the future. After he has coded the design. He must optimize the code and adjust the design that will also maximise SEO (search engine optimization). He must balance the marketing language with the SEO copywriting.
The web developer next has to maximise web speed. Too many images can delay page loading, and images are essential for projecting mood and feel for the website.
The final release is debugging, this is programmatically checking for program errors. Browsers are dynamic - they do not crash on program errors, they just will not execute as expected.
